LYMA

LYMA is a groundbreaking regenerative health and beauty company. I was hired to help the CRM team to help with membership BAU emails during a busy time, (while the rest of the company focused on a new product launch.)

Working closely with the Head of Membership and the CRM Lead, I crafted new creative copy for weekly campaigns for LYMA's various products (Supplement, Skincare, Mist+Glide and Laser), with emails divided into different cohorts: Reinforcement, Winback, Crossell and Upsell. (A creative agency took care of prospects).

I also rewrote numerous important member customer journeys in order to nurture/engage or encourage re-subscription, such as a new 12-day Supplement customer journey and the Pause journey for Skincare and Supplement customers) in order to engage or encourage re-subscription.

The results of these emails were analysed every Monday, and it was clear to see the uptick in sales that they created. It was great to hear things like “Liz, your email got 16 new supplement subscribers!” or “Your email won back 33 customers to Mist+Glide!” etc.

With detailed analytics at our fingertips, it was very motivating to A/B test and examine subject lines, experiment with copy length and try different approaches to cross-sell/upsell.

I loved refreshing my CRM skills on this project and the LYMA CRM team were wonderful to work with.
